Our Story
Café Italia was founded by Vito Cammarota in 2014.
Originally from Naples, I moved to sunny England 17 years ago, when I was just 18! Having trained as a chef in many areas within Italy, the English way of working was an adjustment! I’ve worked in a network of Italian restaurants in Bolton before the wonderful Café Italia opened in 2014. I have been here since the beginning and was fortunate enough to buy it back in 2017.
I have a passion for amazing food and a love for taking care of customers; which is why we do what we do!
